Say "hello" to chat and much more in the Shelby Eastern Schools app. Parents/Guardians and students will use the Shelby Eastern Schools app for district and school news, events, dining, and more. Rooms is fully integrated into our district app so you have one app for everything. Within our app, you can switch to Rooms to see class specific announcements and to send direct messages to teachers. Expect an email invite from edurooms soon to gain access. Download the Shelby Eastern Schools app and enable notifications.

Due to drifting and blowing snow, all practices and events (home and away) are canceled for today, 1/19. All Saturday morning practices and events are canceled or postponed until we can reevaluate conditions tomorrow morning for decisions about Saturday afternoon/evening.

Yesterday our Earth Science students visited WISH-TV Channel 8 in Indianapolis to get a behind the scenes look at how forecasts are developed and produced. Students also met news anchor Tara Hastings and learned more about the career path for Meteorology.

The MHS BPA had a terrific day on Saturday as they competed in the Region 9 Leadership Competition. State Qualifiers: Bryce Bryant, Mason Deák, Wyatt Hodgen, Allison Marshall, Grace McLaughlin, Annika Roots, Olivia Trlak, and Seth Wayt. Great job, Yellow Jackets!
