From time to time, we learn about fun summer learning opportunities for students, like the one below. I try to post ones that are fairly close to Morristown. But most colleges have something. There are so many that I cannot share all of them. If you/your child are looking for something specific, reach out to Ms. Swaney or search college websites for "summer learning" or "summer camps."

Franklin College Summer Learning Opportunity - June 8th-12th CampGRIZ: CampGRIZ is a college readiness day-camp for rising 5th-10th graders, taking place on the Franklin College campus. Campers choose one of five hands-on academic programs, taught by college faculty, to participate in. Students who qualify for free/reduced priced lunch can register at no cost. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are all provided. No-cost after-camp childcare is also available for those who need it. Spots are limited and filling up fast, so families are encouraged to register campers as soon as possible!

Today Mrs. Baker's Plant and Soil class gave a presentation to Dr. Hitchcock and I to talk about the equipment they want for their new greenhouse. They did a great job and I can't wait to see the greenhouse in action!

🌮 Shelby Eastern, your lunch game is about to level up on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting February 3rd! 🌯

Whether you’re team Taco, team Nacho, or a Burrito devotee, there are no wrong choices at SONO—only tasty ones. We take fresh, high-quality ingredients and mix them into a Latin-American inspired experience that hits the spot every single time. This "build your own" concept first began at Waldron, but is now coming to Morristown!

Come hungry and build your masterpiece. We’ll see you there! 🥑✨
