ATTENTION IN-COMING KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS FOR 2018-2019:
There will be a parent meeting at Waldron Elementary on March 13th, 2018 @ 6 p.m. and at Morristown Elementary on March 15th, 2018 @ 6 p.m.
During this meeting, parents will be able to meet the kindergarten teachers and learn more about what will be expected of their child once they enter kindergarten. There will be a sign up sheet for screenings. Parents may also provide the school with their child’s birth certificate and immunization records at this time.
The screenings will take place on April 5th and 6th at Waldron Elementary between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and April 12th and 13th at Morristown Elementary between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Please bring your in-coming kindergarten student with you to the meeting, as there will be activities for them, a goodie bag, and a school bus to visit.
Students are eligible for kindergarten for the 18-19 school year IF they will be 5 on or before August 1st, 2018.
